Join us for a networking event for current UConn students and alumni. This evening is a unique opportunity to build relationships, make connections, and share your Husky pride. Huskies from all class years, majors, and industries are welcome to attend. 

Heavy appetizers will be served. Whether you’re seeking guidance, looking to make new connections, or eager to support others, this event promises to be an enriching experience.

Support Us During UConn Ignite

UConn Ignite runs until Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET!

For over a decade, the Ignite program has been a pillar of support for student groups at UConn. Through peer-to-peer fundraising, students can connect and demonstrate the tangible benefits that donations to their group can bring to the UConn community. Participating groups also have the opportunity to earn a portion of $20,000 in prize money in addition to the funds they raise.

The Student Alumni Association aims to uphold the longstanding traditions that make UConn the university we all know and love. From OOzeball to Jonathan's Birthday to networking nights, we focus on making each student's experience the best it can possibly be. Our events allow each and every student to not only be a part of the UConn community, but to expand their network in a professional way. Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of our group. By donating, you can proudly say that you helped make a direct impact on each and every student in the most positive way!

Who are we, and why join?

The Student Alumni Association is a team of student leaders who seek to foster student-to-student and student-to-alumni connections. We host events throughout the year including the infamous OOzeball Mud Volleyball tournament and Alumni Networking events.

Joining SAA will allow you exclusive opportunities to speak personally with accomplished members of our UConn Alumni community. We are seeking members who strive to be a part of a close, friendly, and inviting group of students who value leadership opportunities and connection.
